Lis is an independent facilitator, and her purpose in life is to create spaces that inspire and engage people.
Her focus is partnering with organisations to create workplaces that enable teams to be their ‘best selves’ at work. As a result, creativity, productivity and employee wellbeing are improved.
Clients include the BBC (W1 New Broadcasting House, BBC Salford), British Standards Institute and Lloyds Bank.
Change programmes for these organisations are enabling leaders to manage their own experience and facilitate the collective intelligence in their teams.
As Programme Change Manager for the £1 billion BBC W1 New Broadcasting House project, which involved moving 10 buildings into four and moving 6,000 people into the new facility, Lis facilitated senior stakeholder engagement workshops across all divisions, including the building design, possible adjacencies, the golden rules and objectives and what flexible working might look like.
For the BSi British Standards Institute Lis worked as Project Change Manager as BSi refurbished 8 consecutive floors spread over 14 floors, with 500 staff moving from dedicated desks and offices to a 10:12 sharing ratio. Embedded in the HR Team, Lis played a key role on the project team to develop the Change Roadmap and detailed change plans for teams, co-facilitating the design of floorplans with the interior designer and BSi stakeholders.
