David Maurice

Originally hailing from South Wales, David leads JLL’s Client Services, Business Development and Strategic growth initiatives for the Project and Development Services team in New Zealand.

With a background in the field of Workplace Design, Communications and Project Management stretching over almost 20 years in a number of roles across the UK, Asia Pacific and New Zealand, he has a comprehensive track record in working with large-scale global corporates, SMEs and Government institutions to achieve their workplace aspirations.

During his career, David has placed great emphasis on ensuring that a first-rate client experience is paramount for all projects, large or small. His client service role also provides seamless communication during all stages of a project, from planning to the construction and final delivery.

A passionate CoreNet NZ committee member, he also frequently acts as a moderator for many of our key events programmes throughout the year and has played an active role on the national committee since 2013. This has also enabled him to keep abreast of the ever changing global key trends and innovation solutions found within the world of the workplace.

David holds a BA with Honours from the University of London, is a keen follower of all things rugby (especially Wales), the occasional running event and lives with his wife and young family on Auckland’s North Shore.
